Our Radiator Service Process:

1. First we clean, flush, test, and then perform a complete assessment of the repairs needed.

2. The assessment includes pictures and videos that we send to the customer before we do any other work. We put the customer (virtually) in our Longview, Texas facility to see the real damages. This is just our way of being transparent and demonstrating the Honesty Standard we live by.

3. Once we get the customer's approval, we perform the necessary repairs to the radiator.

Our customers will never have any surprise charges on their invoice due to added work that was not discussed in the quote. If there is something we overlooked in our assessment, the customer will not be charged for that oversight.
